Corrupted Saves on Xbox One

We understand this has been frustrating
and want to help as best as we can. Does this happen with all games or just a specific game?
I would recommend trying to remove
and re-add your account.

is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;in middle column at the
top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag
and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

I had the same problem; it's not a disc problem but a corrupted save file. It made it so that my xbox wouldn't load any of the save files from my hd, even the ones that aren't corrupt.

So i just went into system management and copied one of the older save files to another location and loaded from there. (I probably could have also gone into system management and deleted the corrupted save and tried loading from the HD.)

Did you save it in the Cloud Save and it became corrupt? Or are you playing your save from your xbox's hard drive and it became corrupt?

If you're playing with a disc (say the old xbox one version) then it could be the disc is damaged. If it's happening on only one world it could be a corrupt save file. Respectively you'd have to get a new disc or delete the corrupted save file. If it's
not either of those issues, maybe try reinstalling the game?

Hmm if the corrupt save is in the cloud and overwrote the local one then you've probably lost the save unfortunately.
