Corrupted profile

I have a corrupted save on my Xbox live profile that is causing dragon age inquisition to freeze as soon as I try to start the game. If I format my hard drive or delete my live profile and clear the cache and reinstall the game I can play for one session,
but if I stop playing and try to come back later it freezes again. I deleted my live profile and chose the option to delete all items. There was one file left that said corrupted profile that I had to try to delete three times before it deleted.

You didn't call out of the matrix before being unplugged, now your profile is corrupt.

Yeah it hasnt worked for ages......my profile corrupt so could have done with this working :-(

Delete your profiles and redownload them. Might be your save file too. Clear HDD cache and delete your profiles/redownload them.

I've tried that but if I re-download my profile the game still freezes. The only way that I can get it to work is to delete the profile, all of the saves and items and clear the cache. Then I have to leave my console disconnected from the Internet and create
a completely new profile to reinstall the game. Even if I do all of that even down to formatting a hard drive I can only get one play session before the file is corrupted again. Is there any way that it could be the disc? I'm using two different xbox's now
and several hard drives but I get the same result every time that I try again. This is my last resort I've already tried ea and Microsoft and they both just tell me that it is the other ones fault.

It sounds like you received a gamerscore reset. This is usually do to cheating. Strange though, when I go to your profile it does not say score reset due to cheating. If a reset did occur, you will not be able to get any of the achievements that you had
before the reset. You could post in this forum: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/41.aspx to see why you were reset.

So have you tried downloading to both your USB stick and the 250 gb HDD? When did you first try downloading your Gamertag? You may want to give it a bit more time, and then try it again.

Has your profile been banned for any reason?

Or have you used your profile in a banned console?

I've heard of people taking their profile to a friend house to play, unknown to them the console was banned and it corrupted all profiles.

I'm not saying that's what's happened just an idea we can rule out
