    Hello, my name is Alex and I was playing on my xbox when it signed me out of xbox live. The first thing I did was go to storage, and took a look at my profile. It said corrupted profile. I kept my profile moved it onto another device and has other people
    say, I redownloaded my profile. My old profile is 7 MB while the new one was only 2 MB and I'm thinking something is missing because of the lower 5 MB.

    Why can't people see my bio/location?

    You didn't call out of the matrix before being unplugged, now your profile is corrupt.

    Hi alex9982 their could be actually something wrong with your profile you may have something corrupted on it and their should be nothing missing on it everything should have been downloaded
