Corrupted profile or games

    not to sure if it's only my games but also my profile is saying its corrupted don't know of how this could've happened.. Now when clearing the system cache

    Do you clear everything that says cache next to it? I'm kind-of new to all of this so please help me!!!

    The screen might go black if a player’s profile is corrupted. A player’s profile can become corrupted if an interruption occurs while saving a game or signing in or out of a profile.

    You didn't call out of the matrix before being unplugged, now your profile is corrupt.

    There is; it's called FILING A COMPLAINT. Leaving negative feedback just reduces the chances of you playing with them again in the future. However, filing a complaint keeps them off of Xbox Live permanently if they're found guilty - where they can't bother
    you OR anyone else.

    Same thing happened to my friend last week. Went from level 25 to level 17.

    He doesn't dashboard out either. There must be some sort of bug causing this.
