    Corrupted Profile, can't download, can't contact customer support


    My main console profile was corrupted recently. I've deleted it (while keeping saves) and tried to download it several times over the past few days but I get the error code 8007045D. I want to contact support directly but it just brings me to a page that
    asks what is wrong and then won't load when I select an option.

    Apps not loading

    contacted customer service..had 1 corrupted file....deleted it...cleared cache...deleted profile only....restarted console...downloaded profile again....then everything worked

    to find the corrupted file...go to settings hard drive and look for each possible file...the corrupted file has a warning sign.
    clearing cache - hard drive...press Y - did that 3 times

    Can't contact live support

    It won't let me contact live support for some reason. The problem is I cannot type in my name in the required field. Anyone else got this issue?

    This current profile is not allowed to play Xbox live: your membership is suspended until you update your payment option.

    Try downloading your profile to your console again, sounds like profile corruption. If you can't download it, delete profile ONLY and retry. If you can't delete it, reseat your HDD (while console is off), they retry deleting the profile.

    You can also bypass the virtual assistant and expert gamer by choosing to request a call back or chat with support. If you don't see those options on the contact site, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    Hi there!

    Try to go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us then select "Contact us". Choose "Subscription & billing" > "I don't recognise a charge" > describe your issue > Next > See contact options > Chat online. Let me know if that works.
