Corrupted item error message

After the recent Overwatch patch that added the new hero, Ana, I got an error saying that the item I wanted to launch (Overwatch) was corrupted and that I should uninstall and reinstall it. I've done this several times and I still get the same message when
I go to launch the game. I'm at a loss for what to do and Ireally don't want to stop playing this awesome game. Can anyone help?

Xbox 360 Internal Memory Unformatted and Corrupted

My Xbox 360's Internal Memory has been corrupted, I don't know how it happened or why it did, but it's corrupted. and now Unfrormatted. I can't format it and reset it cause it gives me the error: "Can't Preform That Action" I can't fix this error and I cannot
move the items from the corrupted internal memory cause i get the same error. Help?

Profile Protection Issues

That error code usually means your account has been blocked. Is the account you're posting with the one you are trying to download? One thing to try is changing your password, which may trigger the blocked message. Additionally, check your storage device
for your profile. Corrupted or unknown should be deleted (but just delete profile only, not items).

This is something more on Blizzard's end however you can try basic troubleshooting like uninstalling your profile and reinstalling it back onto the console as well as uninstalling/reinstalling the game if needed, but that would take more time, so I advised
to try the profile first. If ti still doesn't work then you may need to contact Blizzard (the developers)

I wouldn't say much of uninstalling the profile you wouldn't of received this message without a reason and as i am aware nobody besides you has posted about it. So yes contacting blizzard support would be a right way to approach this.

Try this go to My games & apps - Overwatch - Start / menu button - Manage game - Saved data - delete

I currently have no gamer profiles saved.

Have flicked through all saved items on the hard drive with none showing as corrupt.

Cleared the system cache then restarted, tried to download but the same error message is displayed.

How do you know it is corrupting anything? Do you get an error message? What do you see happening?

Is the game stored on an external hard drive? It's possible that it's a hardware failure, and not an issue with the software, so if you could provide some more information on what is happening, we'd be happy to help troubleshoot and try to identify the
cause of whatever it is you see happening.

When I try to get in the game I get this message "The item you are trying to use seems to be corrupted. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. (0x80070570)"

The game is in the internal memory of my console, this is the third time I reinstall the game and always after about two days the game gives the same error, this error happens only with this game.
