    hey there, I’m kind of curious if anyone else is having the same issues as me.

    On my friends Xbox I’ll download a game and after it has completed its download, I’m unable to play due to the game being corrupted.

    “Sorry, we cannot launch this

    The item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling it then reinstalling. (0x80070570)”

    I have done this, to no avail.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Did MS give up on "the cloud"?

    Speaking in a somewhat related direction, cloud saving saved my ass, last night. (No pun intended.) For whatever reason, my save for Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO was corrupt...corrupted(?). Anyway, I deleted the local save file, rebooted the game, and it sync'd up with my XBL save, and I was good to go.

    I think I fixed it, i cleared local saved game files and everything seems to be all set.

    Hello VenoMus 18,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue with the corrupt data, you may need to
    delete the corrupt save data for both games in order to resolve the issue. You may also need to
    Uninstall and Reinstall both games to try and resync the data saved in the cloud storage.

    How do you know it is corrupting anything? Do you get an error message? What do you see happening?

    Is the game stored on an external hard drive? It's possible that it's a hardware failure, and not an issue with the software, so if you could provide some more information on what is happening, we'd be happy to help troubleshoot and try to identify the
    cause of whatever it is you see happening.
    When I try to get in the game I get this message "The item you are trying to use seems to be corrupted. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. (0x80070570)"

    The game is in the internal memory of my console, this is the third time I reinstall the game and always after about two days the game gives the same error, this error happens only with this game.
