    Hello there, my name is ZR1

    Ive been having alot of issues trying to install a game, Ark Survival Evolved.

    Whenever i install it would do that fine but then it suspends my game at 99.4% download, whenever i reinstall it is repeating the same time

    It keeps comming up with "the item you are trying to use appears to be corrupted. Try uninstall and reinstalling. (0x80070570)

    Whenever i look up this code there isnt one for it, ive tried reinstall 5 times, unplugging and repluging eternal storage, hard restart xbox and unplugging xbox and restarting...nothing is working and i just wanna play Ark

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem

    I noticed that you are trying to install the game on an external drive, please try to install the game on your internal drive.

    *If that doesn't work, I recommend trying the following options.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

    *Select to keep your games and applications, so that they are not deleted, if it doesn't work, try to do the same procedure, but opting to delete everything, as it could be that something is corrupted.

    *Another option would be to try to update the console offline, to do this follow the instructions in the article below.

    Hey there its me again zak, thank you for ur helpful advice but i wasnt able to do the OSU but i have tried moving it to a different storage which hadn't worked, i also did the soft factory reset and it had wiped off all my accounts but i signed in and it is still giving me the same process and the same error code it was. This is slowly upsetting me as i just want to play the game lol.

    Hello @ZakirIqbal! I hope that you are doing well today!

    With issues like these, I would suggest to preform a Soft Factory Rest by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data that can cause this installation issue without deleting your games or apps.

    To Reset your console, Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Hey there, it is me zak, thank you for the helpful advice but this didnt seem to work, i have tried it and it is still giving me the same expired error code and still stops at 99.4%. This is slowly upsetting me that i just wanna play my favourite game lol
