Corrupted file download

I'm trying to download the game for 3 days, but every time the file is corrupted. Anyone else with this problem, and what should I do to fix? Thank you.

Apps not loading

contacted customer service..had 1 corrupted file....deleted it...cleared cache...deleted profile only....restarted console...downloaded profile again....then everything worked

to find the corrupted file...go to settings hard drive and look for each possible file...the corrupted file has a warning sign.
clearing cache - hard drive...press Y - did that 3 times

LIcense Transfer Download Problem

The download may have become corrupted during download. To solve this delete the corrupted file in your memory and restart the download.

Delete it and clear your system cache , then down loaded it again . If that fails call xbox support .

Im having the same problem,i delete the corrupted file and clear my cache system and nothing, if you can fix it please share us how you do it thanks

Redownload content on your console

Sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.

Go to settings and select Account.

Select Download History.

Browse your download history and find the item you want to download again.

Select the item, and then select Download Again.

hey there texas p3te, corruption on a memory unit can cause all sorts of different issues. try using a different memory unit or maybe make some more room on the one you have to try and eliminate the corruption.

I would suggest you to try deleting the corrupted data, clear your system cache (here how:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache), and re-download the game.

Hello,

What your experiencing is a region mismatch problem. This occurs on some downloadable content when the LIVE account is registered in a region where LIVE is not available or the content differs in your region. Since LIVE is available in your current region (Spain)
you will need to make a LIVE account for that region.

The reason you are encountering this 99% downloaded and then "Cannot download" is a direct cause of the region conflict. It's not possible to know what content will be region dependent on LIVE (this is why they ask all customers to create accounts in regions
where the reside).

Unfortunately there is no way to fix this issue and it's unlikely a refund will be given (especially since you are in another region where LIVE is readily available). Please know that in the future you may also encounter this error with another piece of downloadable
content so it's highly recommended that you make an account in your direct region (Spain).

I cleared the system cache, re-downloaded it and when the file got to 99% it responded with "cant download file". Lame. Kinda wish it would have told me that before I paid for it, Crooks.
