Corrupted cloud save files.

Hello to anyone taking the time to read this.

My old Xbox one died a few days ago.

In the period leading up to this it was crashing pretty much every 20 minutes or whenever it had to load anything worthwhile (small indie games etc. still worked).

Sadly though it did crash while loading both Forza horizon 4 and Snowrunner (multiple other games as well but they seem unaffected, I guess I got lucky on those).

Now after going through every single forum/ blogpost/ guide/ YouTube video I could get my hands on nothing seemed to help me fix my old Xbox.

Eventually I called a friend who had experience with IT and tech who helped me take apart my Xbox both online and physically. we found out the processor was pretty much fried.

So i ended up buying a new (second hand) Xbox one since the Xbox series x, although premiered last year, is still not available anywhere for at least a few weeks if not months.

Now every single game I play on the newer Xbox works fine except Forza and Snowrunner which is when I found out that the cloud save files must've gotten corrupted.

I even tried playing both on my computer which had exactly the same results as on the newer Xbox, crashing at the loading screen for Forza and infinitely loading for Snowrunner.

Now losing my Snowrunner save file isn't fun by any stretch, but I haven't lost nearly as much on that as I did on Forza.

I've played Forza horizon 4 at least an average 2 days a week, if not more, since it got released.

I've lost over 500M Cr, if not every single car, all the special/high value ones and an ungodly amount of days played.

So my question is, is there any way by Microsoft, Xbox, or even the publishers of the games, to reinstate an old save file.

I don't care if its from a few weeks ago, a few months ago, even a year ago, anything would be better then having to start all over.

Tldr; old xbox crashed corrupting my Forza horizon 4 save files. Is there any way of getting an old cloud save file reinstated.
