corrupted avatar item

i have a corrupted avatar item from world of tanks that i've deleted but when im in the game , i get disconnected from xbox live . i check my storage and see the same corrupted item back in my avatar items . please help me

UPDATES WONT SAVE TO HARD DRIVE!

Check your memory for any avatar items that might show as a corrupted file. Delete these and try reloading the Avatar Editor. You can re-download these items from your purchase history.

Hey, guys! Sorry to see this odd issue. Have you both tried to delete and reinstall all of the content from the World of Tanks folder on your Xbox 360? I also suggest

removing and redownloading your profile. That generally fixes the random disconnects on launching the game. Give those a shot and let us know if that helps you out!

 

I've already tried that several time but it wouldn't work

 

Try and find the corrupted file VIA the built in device manager (aka your storage device).

Go to your main storage

MS > Avatar Items

MS > AT > Corrupted one (should say it is)

MS > AT > C > Delete the file.

Re-download your avatar item.

Thanks for confirming, BossPlace5! This is definitely weird. Looking at the
WoT forums, it appears they had a similar issue with a PC version over the last few months. I don't see anything related to Xbox 360, though.

My suggestion is to post up over on their forums for further assistance. You are definitely free to keep me updated here on the situation. If they offer a solution that works for you that we didn't offer, please post it here so that others that run into
this can resolve it to.
