    Corrupt Profile


    This is the 5th time I've tried to write this, and my post just disappears..

    I think my profile is corrupt.

    Playing game COD WW2 with mates, got booted out to main COD WW2 screen.

    Note: this has happened to me and mates in Australia a lot since the last big update, but usually you can get back in straight away

    Went to go back in and it timed out (bout 10-20seconds) "this game is taking too long to load" error

    Powered off xbox - tried again- Still timed out - Taking too long

    Powered off Xbox, unplugged power, waited 15 mins tried again - still timed out.

    Powered off, unplugged, and unplugged all cords from Xbox1 - waited till next night - tried again - still no go.

    Deleted my profile from the Xbox1 - powered off, unplugged power, left 15 mins - logged on and readded profile. Tried again - Still timing out -"this game is taking too long to load" error

    Then tried some random Apps I had installed - all timed out "this game is taking too long to load" error

    Then shut down - and it timed out when I tried to log in the next time.

    Logged on as sons profile on this same Xbox1 and it all worked.

    How can I get my profile fixed? Help!

    Why can't people see my bio/location?

    You didn't call out of the matrix before being unplugged, now your profile is corrupt.

    Yeah it hasnt worked for ages......my profile corrupt so could have done with this working :-(

    It sounds like you received a gamerscore reset. This is usually do to cheating. Strange though, when I go to your profile it does not say score reset due to cheating. If a reset did occur, you will not be able to get any of the achievements that you had
    before the reset. You could post in this forum: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/41.aspx to see why you were reset.

    So have you tried downloading to both your USB stick and the 250 gb HDD? When did you first try downloading your Gamertag? You may want to give it a bit more time, and then try it again.

    Has your profile been banned for any reason?

    Or have you used your profile in a banned console?

    I've heard of people taking their profile to a friend house to play, unknown to them the console was banned and it corrupted all profiles.

    I'm not saying that's what's happened just an idea we can rule out
