Corrupt/Hacked account

So I've been getting weird error codes and my ability to get on xbox live has been spotty since New Years day. I've gone through EVERY support that xbox and comcast has given me, i even tried a static connection.
Nothing. A while ago I got a weird error code that wasn't on the code finder, others had issues, and one of the solutions was to delete only the profile (not profile and items) and clear cache and redownload it.

I'm redownloading it when my internet will cut out right after i put in my profile login info. I have a NETGEAR internet booster and wired connection. And now the security light on my internet booster
turns red whenever i try to redownload my account. Theres definitely something wrong with my account/internet. But I was wondering specifically what was the issue and if it can be resolved without losing everything yet again.

people don't need to change email address when compromised, they need to change password and make sure they have proper security... that includes not using passwords on more than one service, if one service is compromised all those details are sold.

Someone in another country will pop up with it, even if it takes years to happen. My skype password took approximately 4 years from compromise to have someone log in and use it.

This app makes you click approve when logging into websites, and it's instant once you click "accept" the website will load in normal.

Any devices that don't work with the app like xbox 360 will have you go to website once to create a password (it will generate a password that isn't easy) and you use that on those devices to login with your normal user name.

Im tired of this hacking shit.

Off topic, everyone needs to watch out for that ransomware shit.

Last year almost 1 billion got paid out. That was a huge jump from 2015 where only 32 million was paid out. With a jump like that Im sure it will grow even more.

It might be your internet. Have you tried hard resetting your internet? To do this, unplug the internet for 30 seconds and plug it back in. If that doesn't work I'd suggest talking to your ISP. Sounds like an internet problem to me.

Sounds like your account/console got hacked dude. That is the only way that I could see something like that happening to you where you did not cause it yourself by doing stuff that would corrupt the data files for the game saves.

I'm in Hungary and I have the same problem. Looks like MS was hacked as I am getting a lot of crashed web pages at MS trying to see if I had an account problem. Only corrupt pages can cause that problem which indicates malevolent hacking. It has been over
4 hours now so I am giving up for the day.

Sounds like you've been hacked .If you know the email and password you used with the account i recommend you change the password. Then Download the profile to your Xbox 360 type in the details (the email and the new password) and you should be able to log
in. If not contact Microsoft support.

Also most likely the reason it was corrupted is because your hard drive OR your profile data was corrupt.
