    Corrupt games and downloading


    When I try open most of my games it gives me an error message saying “the item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling it then reinstalling. (0x80070570)” I have tried uninstalling a number of games but when I try to
    redownload them it tells me the installation has been stopped. I have left if for about 3 weeks hoping it will fix itself but it hasn’t changed. All of my downloads are on the internal hard drive that’s comes with a generic Xbox One.

    Maybe your game is corrupt,have you try to downloading it again ?

    PLEASE HELP

    Yes may be corrupt. Go into your memory and delete the DLC and then download again. If it is corrupt you will have to delete. Simply downloading again won't fix a corrupt download.

    OK both of you does your account region match your actual region or you at least physically live in the us if not that is probably why

    For the best experiences with Xbox live and any online service your physical region must match your account region
