Yes may be corrupt. Go into your memory and delete the DLC and then download again. If it is corrupt you will have to delete. Simply downloading again won't fix a corrupt download.

the account WAS originally tied to a hotmail address with a fake USA address, because i made that e-mail when i was a kid. what 12-year-old wants to put his real address online?

anyways, a month ago (due to an unrelated xbox issue) xbox support suggested i make a new canadian WLID to tie the account to, which i did.
