Corrupt Data?

Discus and support Corrupt Data? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Um.. So I'm confused. I've gone through four microsoft chats all telling me to different thinks to fix my local data.     Corrupt Data?


    Um.. So I'm confused. I've gone through four microsoft chats all telling me to different thinks to fix my local data. I've been trying to play Ark Survival Evovled and I can't sync the data, or get my progress to save, it keeps telling me to clear local
    data, and re-sync it. But that's not helping so if anyone else is having this problem and can help me let me know.

    started to get an error code this profile is corrupt reset to 5 can anyone answer this one ive just set up new account as other suspended and have downloaded profile again what ya think guys and girls thanks

    try this below and see if jars something lose.....

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    Please be patient it looks like the last update created an issue with the game saves for this game and the developers are working on a fix for it.

    alright then thanks for the suggestion I will try it. Since my last post it has become apparent that it truly is my added hard drive. earlier I wasn't sure so we will see. again many thanks

    When i go to achievements, awards and save data it says only lips when i have other versions to called other things.

    You can rank up in the game to and all the ranking progress and that stuff is the same in all games.

    This is why im not sure if i should delete the save data?

    If you've tried all of the steps listed in this forum and you're still having issues, please try removing the HDD and using a different memory device to download the updates onto, such as a USB drive. For instructions on how to configure a USB drive for
    use with Xbox, please take a look at
