Discus and support Correct email in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; On my xbox live rewards it says to make a post if the email for my Microsoft Commerce is correct.     On my xbox live rewards it says to make a post if the email for my Microsoft Commerce is correct. It is in fact correct. Hopefully that is all the info you keed to get my account back to green from yellow.

    Hello YourNemesis21,

    Can you confirm that your contact preference email is also correct? Your contact preference email settings can be accessed by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of this page, and from the drop down menu selecting Xbox Settings>Contact Preferences.

    Our reports indicate that we have not been able to deliver messages to your address. While this does not negatively impact Rewarding, it may cause you to miss messages from our program. We are currently investigating why some users are receiving this warning despite
    confirming they have a valid email. We'll update you here once we have found the source of this issue.

    This notification should go away by the end of next week. If it returns, let us know as soon as possible as it will be a more accurate indication that your emails are not being delivered.
