There are a number of factors I play.

1. The mass amount of people now wanting and purchasing gaming products which has put a stress on the system.
2. Staff isn't running at full capacity based on the fact that people are sick at the moment, so therefore what staff there is carrying the slack
3. When a package arrives at a post office they have been asked to also keep them isolated (based on your area) as they recommend a 24hr plus period as they are worried the virus can be on a package.

No, I refunded the order and purchased one on Beat Buy at the start of the month. I paid around $204 and got it in 3 days. It has been perfect so far. I hope you enjoy yours when you get it.
