Copying data to a USB?

I recently bought WWE 2K16, & from past experience with previous games in the series, I am aware that the data could corrupt and all my data would be lost as a result.

I do know about the cloud service, but what would happen if I turned on the game one day & got a message saying that my data is corrupted? Would both files be affected or would the cloud save that?

I would like to use a usb stick to copy my data for this particular game every time I create new content, so that I wouldn't have to worry about the possibility of losing everything. Is there a way to do this?

:)

I really don't care if they become out out sync, I just don't want to be starting over again. So the long and short of it is I cannot copy.

Some data cannot be copied, you may not be able to make copy if there is not enough room in the desired storage device. I'd there a train you cannot simply transfer instead?

I'm sure you've read this, but I'll post it anyway.

4. Copying data to a USB?

XBOX 360:

Go to system settings, storage, and make sure your USB (2.0 or up) is plugged in, and converted, if it isn't converted, do you have to do so. When the USB is converted to a XBOX 360 storage device, (WARNING! This will delet any files that is alredy on the
USB) can you go onto for example your harddrive, and click on mostly any files, and you should be able to ether move, copy or delete the file. Select copy and select the USB you are using, and done. If you want to remove it from the XBOX 360, but keep it on
USB, do you select move instead of copy.

XBOX ONE:

Sorry, but I don't know that one... All I know is that it will require a USB 3.0 (or up) to convert it into a XBOX ONE storage device.

Hope this helped!

Copy data to USB

you can also buy a hardware transfer kit. just make sure that you also look into transfering the licenses as well, as sometimes just copying or doing the transfer kit does not always tell the systems to make a change to that console license.. so if you go
offline.. you wont have some of the content the way that you should.. had it happen to me once when i used the transfer kit.. but it was simple to fix

Copy data to USB
I'm not 100% but i think when your in the storage option you can press the Y button and then select to transfer data from one device to another, i'm pretty sure thats what i did when i got a new Xbox. You can either check which items
you want to transfer or just do a complete transfer to a new device.
That's a good description of the transfer feature, but that moves items rather than
copying them. If the OP is truly trying to copy, it will have to be done either one item at a time or possibly one title at a time, and not all games allow copying of their saved game files.
Oh yeah i forgot about that, doing a full transfer will move data not copy it, thanks for pointing that out.
