Cooking Fever Coin package not received

I play cooking fever and buy different coin packs and mystery boxes. I often don't receive them but get billed. I have lost a lot of money and will not play much longer.

I have asked for help from microsoft without help an find I just go around in circles.

The same happens if I try a search on Bing or Google

I just paid to have my computers mainframes cleaned - still the same problem

Surely I am not the only one this happens

Also is there a limit on Chef's Mystery boxes

I have contacted the maker of the game and paypal without reply

I did an internet search with the intention of helping you solve this problem, and a user mentioned that this yellow bar on the casino button means that it indicates the time left until the casino cost is reset.
