    Converting Subscription


    I purchased the $1 Ultimate Game Pass. During purchase my subscription was converted from Xbox Live Gold to Ultimate Game Pass. Nowthat the trial has ended its telling me I'm not a Gold member even though I'm paid for the year as of 11/1. I need to convert
    back. In my Manage section of my Xbox Live Gold there are no options to do this. Any help would be appreciated

    Hi G00dFe11a 513,

    Please check your subscription on your console, the remaining Live Gold time will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. Go to
    Settings > Account > Subscriptions. If you signed up for the $1 deal, it would convert all of your Live Gold time that you paid for to Game Pass Ultimate.

    For example, if you have 3 months of Xbox Live Gold and 3 months of Xbox Game Pass already on your account when you purchase your first month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you will have a total of 7 months of Ultimate on your account before you need
    to renew your membership.

    If it's being converted, then they have Ultimate so they have both subscriptions. If they don't have any subscriptions, it won't convert.

    Gold to Game Pass Ultimate

    That conversion chart is only for after you already have Ultimate and add a standard Gold/Game Pass. Not converting to Ultimate from a standard subscription.

    You can convert to a normal subscription by either cancelling the Ultimate subscription or waiting for the subscription to expire before adding a standard subscription.
