    Eu tinha acabado de comprar um cartão de 3 meses de live gold, mas quando fui resgatar converteu para 1 mês de Gamepass ultimate, eu exigo que coloquem live gold de 3 meses, eu paguei mais caro por isso, foi uma compra injusta.

    [Translation-I had just bought a 3 month live gold card, but when I went to redeem converted to 1 month of Ultimate Gamepass, I demand that they put live gold for 3 months, I paid more expensive for it, it was an unfair purchase.]

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with the conversion of gold to ultimate. Unfortunately, this is what happens when you have a Ultimate game pass subscription. As the ultimate subscription has gold, game pass for console
    and pc altogether. You can look over the
    Ultimate game pass FAQ     for more information. Also, here is the
    conversion chart     for additional information.
