Converted reward points for 10$ credit still not received 2 weeks later :(

Hey it was a few weeks ago I got in contact with customer support and they said that my credit should be within my account within a few days ago. It's still not there wondering if someone could help me out I converted the 10,000 points into 10$ credit.

Also had 890 entries into the big sweepstakes that happened during January? It was the one where you got points for playing free games then entered into a big drawing. The sweepstakes ended and there was no confirmation on who or what anyone won? Just curious
if that got over looked too. Sorry for being annoying!

Since May 5th, 20,500 Rewards Redeemed for 20.5$ still not credited

I have 20,500 reward points based on 1000 plus VVIP points. I redeemed for $10 x 2 reward credits. It's showing since May 5th. I waited for 15th May nothing happened and then 30th may also passed. STill showing in credits meter .

Other member accounts have already received their rewards.

Can u fix it pls?

Something doesn't seem right?

There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We can confirm a deposit of 11,250 Credits (11.25 USD) on March 14th. Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited, we no longer have any control over them as currency, and you would have to contact
Xbox billing support for better assistance (Contact Us | Xbox Support).

Regarding Play-a-thon, we send prize emails to your sweepstakes registered address. If you have been drawn, you will receive a message there. You may also wish to check that email's junk mail folder, as we have had reports of users getting their messages
filtered there.
