Convert Xbox One from European plug/power supply to US 110 - 240 V

I received a Xbox One for Christmas today and upon opening it I realized it had an European plug and power supply.

I live in the US

What do I need to convert it from European to US 110 - 240 V and where do I find it?

American 360S in another country

I have an American XBox 360, and now I'm moving to China, which has 240 V power plugs rather than 110 V. The power supply will only work with 110, so I was wondering if there's a cable for 240 that will work with the XBox 360. Also, the European XBox 360s
have a different input power (not sure if that would be the correct term) from the American ones, right? I've got the newest 360, for clarification.

My current power supply is:

Input AC: 100-127V - 3.29A, 47-63 Hz

Output DC: 120 W 12V 9.6 A, 5Vsb 1A

Got a new Xbox one (US power version) I live in UAE - I got a power converter

Hi All

I have an xbox one US version , which means I have a us power supply. My plugs here are all 240, so I was given by virgin mega stores where I bought a converter.

Problem is this keep switching off every 1-2 hrs as it gets hot. The xbox and it's power supply is like.. Freezing cold.

So I want to know can I buy and use an XBOX one European/UK Power supply and if so where could I get one please.

you bought that in America?i got mine in America and its does not have that take it back get refund go to game stop or Walmart to buy it.there shouldn't be any european fetures on it where not in Europe where ever you bought that from got a european console
buy accident.if you cant return it trade it in to game stop or go to ebay yull find the plug there.or amazon.

Check on your power supply. Some will support 110-240V you will just need to get an IEC320 lead with a uk plug. If your power supply doesn't support 240 V you will need a transformer to plug in your console. You will also need a TV that supports NTSC if
you are using the standard connection to play your existing games.

Hey Travellintroll , I did a little digging online and this is what I found. Asia uses use a 240-volt electrical infrastructure; twice the voltage coming from outlets in the US. Devices not intended for this voltage level most certainly will not survive
even a tentative plug in. Canada uses Voltage: 110-120 Volts. You may have to buy a power supply to be able to use the 110 - 120 volts or you could get a voltage converter.

You could use the existing power supply, but you would need a step down transformer to convert from 220 to 110 and also provide the correct plug.

Hi, if i am right you have an Xbox One FAT with external power brick, so in order to use it also with europe power supply you should follow one of these solution:

- buy a new power brick for xbox one made for european power supply standards of 220-230V (example)

- buy a power converter from 110 to 220 V (example)

I suggest you the first option since it is cheaper and better under an electrical power consumption point of view

The xbox one S and X instead have an internal power brick than can use from 100 to 240 V supply and can be used worldwide without any converter
