''Conversion Team'', what is this?

Hello everybody, I seen on "Bug.Mojang" (JIRA) that with the 1.3.5 Beta from Minecraft (Better Together),we can send our world who don't sync to a "conversion team".

As my map doesn't sync, I sent it the saturday, october the 7th! and I don't have any news about my map! When I sent it, I have got a message with a receipt but my receipt is not full because I couldn't scroll to the bottom of the message.

I ask to Mojang Support on Twitter who has said to me to contact Xbox Support on Twitter, this last said to me they aren't the developer so I contact Mojang by mail and they reply to me to come here ask! I try also to contact 4J Studios on Twitter and I'm
whithout answer...

So, if somebody can help me with this problem I would appreciate; because it will be 2 weeks tomorrow I sent it!

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

So with the new transition between Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Points and the conversion of "Any remaining MyVIP Gems left in your account after that day will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points once the transition is complete", what is the conversion
rate? 1:1? If so, what is the logic behind this transition because the main way I go about getting Gems is spending money, and a single USD is worth about 20 Gems (Xbox One X Conversion factor). In Microsoft Points, a single USD is worth about 967 points ($3
Xbox Gift Card Conversion) or 910 points ($100 Windows Gift Card Conversion). I have some other reasons for not liking Microsoft Points but regardless, I want to know what the conversion between Gems and Points will be because there is no logic in waiting
for them to convert if it is a 1:1 ratio. My only question is what this conversion will be, and to to express my opinion on a change that I cannot see any benefits from. Thanks

Okay. I get what you're saying. I didn't think about the conversion.

 

The world I've been making with my friends the past years don't convert correctly either. It's a problem within Mojang, no Microsoft.

I've been, just like youself, trying to find some answer on what the hell is going on with this massive bug. Are anyone working on it? Like that

I know that Microsoft & Mojang are working together to make this work, but when I contact Microsoft (since Mojang has a fetish for silence) I got told they're working on it. Now! To throw it out there, I was told I would be contacted within 1-2 days & that
was Oct 5th!

I've heard nothing from Microsoft or Mojang regarding this clusterf**k.

The best you can do, are to just wait. I hate that fact, but it's the cold truth mate
