Conversion Rate, and Out Of Stock Rewards

The transition to Microsoft Rewards has the conversion rate for My Gems set to 1 My Gem = 1 Microsoft Reward point. This is 1/10th of the My Gem value and it feels like you're trying to pull a fast one on us.

In addition to this, we can't cash out our My Gems in the vault because you've been out of a vast majority of items for months.

Either restock the My Gem Vault or correct the conversion rate.

Hardly fair for those who have committed to the scheme for years.

I think that the conversion rate is really unfair, Gems are worth way more on xbox rewards than on Microsoft rewards, people have more than a thousand gems saved up that they can't use them because of items being out of stock, and their value will plummet
from 2000 gems~$20 to 2000 gems~$25 when xbox rewards is discontinued.

Reward Credit

Please restock the rewards credits. You are litally giving us nothing in return when we dont purchase anything from the vault since you are out of stock. Converting it at a rate of 1 germ to 1 Microsoft point is not a fair conversion. Can you be at least
fair when converting gems to Microsoft points because people feel cheated by this conversion.

Agreed on both fronts. Seems a bit disingenuous to be out of stock on the most popular options for the Gems (how do digital rewards go out of stock anyway?) and having them converted to a whopping 1 microsoft point per if there's nothing we want to redeem
is a joke. I could get $15 in $$ if stock was there or convert to MS points at less that $1 similar value. At minimum, restock the popular digital gifts (i.e. $5 and $10 Microsoft money cards) so we can get value out of these points that we rightfully earned
in the program over the years.

i spent 500 of my gems on 10000 rewards credits just the other day but i still have 294 left and there is no way to spend them left since prizes are always out of stock. Thes 294 gems could have been almost 6000 reward credits but because you guys have the
conversion rate wrong and dont restock prizes im going to only get 294 rewards credits, itstead of 6000. This is really ridiculous and as a company that cares about its customers this should be righted immedietly.

We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.
