    Hi, i recently bought star wars battlefront and i received a 1 month free trial for EA access. The code has disappeared and i cant find it. Is there any way i can retrieve this code, or get a replacement

    I am sorry you're experiencing this issue however \once the Xbox LIVE message expires, the message is lost and the code can not be recovered or re-sent to you. In the future, please be sure to note things like that down or redeem it immediately.

    1) If the site says they were deposited, then they were. You would want to check your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com to verify the deposit. Keep in mind that 6500 credits would be a deposit of $6.50USD.

    2) As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Hiya!

    I had the same question when I was thinking about converting my XBOX Live Gold which I had paid up to July of 2021. I had heard there was a reduced conversion but when I read it carefully, they were doing a promotion where if you paid $1.00 for the first
    month, it would swap out the remaining time day for day to go to the Game Pass Ultimate. I was worried but it game me an equal trade off. I dont know if that promotion is still going on. I would just check to make sure. Read the fine print!!

    So the best thing i should do is wait till that expires then add the live gold and i would have live gold for 12months?

    Thank you for your reply. But that's a little stupid, I think. So if someone doesn't have either subscription, and they buy gold or game pass, and convert it, they are able to get game pass ultimate for less money. So the conversion does't make much sense.
    For me that doesn't make much sense.
