Contstant threats, mass filing of complaints.

I holds pretty high spot on a games leaderboards. Its to the pint were after 6 months of not playing I had 30 friend requests. I get threats of hacking, threats of friends filing mass complaints, and so on. I come home today to see a communications ban,
and I am not sure why. This has happened before, and I don't know why.

I was wondering how can I avoid people ganging up and mass filing complaints? Maybe its my imagination, and I said something in game chat...

Hack threats from an individual; eventually turned into a group of individuals

The best thing to do would be to file a complaint and block communications with the gamer. Generally, if someone was going to do something to your account, they would do it and not just threaten to do it. They just make threats to make you scared.

As far as them filing complaints on you, as long as you have not done anything to violate the code of conduct/terms and conditions, nothing will happen to you. They can actually get in trouble for filing false complaints.

I would make your profile private and get rid off all the friends request and any threats you should report so the xbox enforcement team can handle the situation. I also play with people you only know or if you play online and your real cool with the player
then keep them but the rest deleted them.

Thanks for raising the issue of the harassment and your communications ban.

To determine the exact reason of the communications ban, you will need to contact the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET), by creating a thread here: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4276.aspx

From there they can speak to you in regards to your communications ban.

On to the issue of the harassment you have received - I would strongly advise that, if a player has been harassing you, or threatening you, to please go to their Profile and click Report to file a complaint against them. All complaints are reviewed thoroughly
by XBLPET and if necessary, appropriate action will be taken against their account.

Just to add, it doesn't matter how many complaints you have filed against you. The enforcement team investigates every complaint and will only take action if they find that you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.
