    Controls not working for xcloud trial


    G'day!

    I have been givin the invite to try cloud gaming in Australia. At first it worked (kind of) but now I cannot get controls to work. I have tried 2 different elite series 2 controller's and a series X controller. The joy sticks don't work and half the buttons don't work. I have tried reinstalling the app as well. I am on a Samsung s20+ with a telstra connection and also a 100mbps WiFi speeds so have tried between the 2.

    Can anyone help or has anyone experienced this?

    Why would I request a repair for my controller? It works perfectly fine for all but xCloud. This issue is specific to xCloud.

    I had the same issue. The controller worked for navigating through Xbox app. but when a Xcloud game is launched, the inputs stopped working. I force stopped Xbox app and unpaired controller and removed it from Bluetooth devices. After reconnecting, the controller is working in Xcloud games. Hopefully it will fix your problem too. And it is for sure that this error is of Xbox app.

    I've seen user comments using the controller in the Xbox app on the phone, maybe your controller works with xCloud there.

    Xcloud is just great, but they did not advertized it at all in my region. I did not even know they started the trial some weeks ago. I beloeve they should consider xcloud as a huge product for its potential

    Do pc wheels work for Xcloud

    Unfortunately, PC wheels are not officially supported on Xcloud at this time.. We recommend using a controller that is officially supported by Xcloud for the best experience. You can find a list of supported controllers on the Xcloud website.
