controls do not turn off in '' immediate '' mode [xbox one FAT]

When I put it in "immediate startup" mode (white light)

The console simply does not turn off the controls, just erases the console ...

The controls are on, but they do not respond, the console can only be turned on by the panel on the X button.

The controls work normal when reconnecting.

By the '' energy saving '' mode (orange light) it turns off the normal general console and the controls also turn off normal ... and then turn on the normal console as well ...

It is some bug in the immediate mode, I noticed that it started after the October update (I only performed on November 18)

I've synced both controls (by cable and BIND)

I already cleared MAC cache and dash cache.

I have already formatted the basics (without erasing the data).

I already formatted the advanced one (erasing the data).

I already did the update offline.

XBOX ONE POWER BRICK NOT TURNING OFF (SET TO POWER SAVING MODE)

My xbox one is set to POWER SAVING MODE, not instant on mode. I repeat...it is set to power saving mode, not instant on. When I try to turn my xbox off normally, the power brick will not turn off. If I turn the xbox on again, it starts up immediately like
its in instant on mode. The brick stays on. I left it alone when I went to bed to see if it would be off by morning, and it was not. For some reason its thinking its in instant on mode or something. Does anyone know why it is doing that? It only started recently.

 

Problems with xbox one x connection and locking in immediate startup mode.

Every time I turn on the xbox it appears disconnected, there I go in settings, network put in offline mode and then online, or take the network cable and put it.

It is not Router or Network cable, I have fixed ip, reset the console and even reinstalled the last update. It seems that this problem is happening to several people.

The other probelma is when I turn it on in immediate startup mode, when I turn on the xbox again it is not turned on by the control or the remote control, then I go on the button and it beeps, then I can turn on the control or the remote control, starts as
if you have completely turned it off.

 

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
loading screen when you power it back up. then check all the update and check if the firmaware of youre controls are updated too.

Yes, I have already done this dash cleaning procedure by holding the button for 15 seconds.

And I already checked the firmware of the controls, they are up to date!

We understand that you're control is not powering off when you are attempting to turn the console off, is that correct?

If so, we would like to suggest a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

Note: This will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

Try this for us and let us know if this assists with your controller's power issue.

Hi Javier, I already did the factory restore procedure (both modes, the complete and the partial).

My controls do not turn off only when I turn the console off in '' Instant-on '' mode.

Sorry for the issue with the power. Is the console plugged directly into a wall socket? Know this sounds weird but if it is plugged into a surge protector or extension cord it can cause issues.

Hi, try pressing and holding the power button on the Xbox for about 10 seconds, this time though pull the power cord out of the back of the Xbox and leave it out for 2 minutes, then reconnect the power cord and power the Xbox on using the power button
on the Xbox and try your controllers again.

 

I've always used a line filter, never plugged the Xbox straight into the wall outlet.

I'll test straight into the outlet, as you suggested.

Two years of using my Xbox.

 

I already tested this by reading another topic in the community.
