    Controls disconnects all the time


    Good evening,

    I'm having problems with my 2 controls.

    After I upgraded my console, the controls are disconnecting all the time, the problem started on both controls at the same time.

    Does anyone know how I can solve it?

    I've updated everything, changed battery, battery and nothing, the control only works on the cable.

    Is there any way to outdate the console to the version I had before?Good evening,

    It can surely be frustrating. They can just take the games out of the new console. Since you already own the games you will just download them to the new console once you are logged in to your account. Good Luck!

    If you are having these kind of difficulties perhaps returning it for an exchange is the best solution. Make sure there is nothing interfering with the wireless signal between the console and controller. Good Luck!
