Controllers won't wirelessly connect after Xbox repair.

I sent my xbox one off to be repaired for the disc drive issue where it wouldn't read any discs, since I got it back both of my controllers will not connect wirelessly I'm constantly having to use the charger kit to connect the controller to the Xbox. I've
tried all the fixes that are in Xbox support but nothing, finally got to try one of my controllers on a friends Xbox at his house and works wirelessly perfect.

could something of happened to something internally when it was repaired?

    :)

  2. Controllers won't sync up

Hey, guys! If multiple controllers aren't connecting wirelessly, be sure you are looking at any interference that could be causing that disconnect, especially since they are working wired. If that doesn't help you out, try those controllers on another console
(like a friend's). If they connect wirelessly there, then set up a repair for your console on our
    Online Service Center.

Let us know if you have any further issues after getting your console replaced!

  3. Controller and/or Xbox freezing

I've having a major issue with my Xbox One:

    - the controllers won't connect wirelessly at all; and

    - when I connect with a USB cable, the system is responsive for a few seconds, then it freezes for a few seconds, then it's responsive for a few seconds - this pattern continues indefinitely.

I've tried all the advice in the general support threads and finally did a factory reset - nothing made any difference.

Any suggestions? Or am I off to the repair shop?

Xbox One (bought in 2015) disconnects from Live consistently every 30 minutes

Not sure if this is relevant, but my Xbox also sometimes doesn't connect wirelessly to my controllers and I have to hard reset. Occasionally if I connect via cord, it gets done and I can detach the cord and it stays connected. But more often than not, even
after getting positive feedback from the controller on a wired connection, the Xbox still won't recognize the equipment and refuses to connect. Repairing obviously doesn't work here either.

If the Xbox is using the same tech to connect to the wifi and the controllers, could this also be a problem?

Xbox-360 S, wireless controller not connecting to console, What should I do?

Oh, you mean to say that all controllers do not connect with the console? If that is the case, this could already be a hardware problem with the Xbox since none of the controllers are syncing wirelessly. You would need to have this repaired already for this issue.

Xbox one s Controller not being detected by any device.

I tried connecting it with a cable to my Xbox and it won't detect it. I also tried to connect it wirelessly to my phone and it connects but the white light on the controller keeps flashing, and it won't do anything. It only works when I connect it with a cable on my pc. It doesn't work on any other device wired or wireless.
