Controllers won't turn on

I have three Xbox one controllers, the one that I've had for a while has some buttons that don't work but I have two perfectly good controllers besides that one. I used a sub cable to charge my controllers the one I got in September and the one I got in
December. They worked fine until one day I noticed on my newer controller that the cable had been damaged somehow so i decided to start using batteries. The batteries worked fine in my very old comtroller they were ok in my newest one and didn't work at al
in my middle controller. Eventually now three weeks later I've used different cables batteries in all of them but none of them turn on. I find this very frustrating and was wondering if anyone has a solution.

Xbox front light won't turn on and controllers won't sync

So my Xbox was working fine yesterday and today I wake up and try to play it but the light won't turn on. The Xbox turns on fine but controllers won't sync. Is this because the front light won't turn on? Does it mean it's fried? The front power and
disc drive open buttons work but it will not let me sync my controllers. This has happened a few times before and sometimes just goes away but this one has not and I would like to fix it.

my controller won't turn on

both of my controllers won't turn on. the batteries are new and since a update they doesn't work... and id like some help please

My controller won't turn on as well. The issue occurred after I accidentally unplugged it during an update, and now no methods work. I've tried rebooting the console and changing out the batteries, but nothing works. Can someone please help me fix this issue?

My first thought would be to remove all power from the controller (unplug from the console and remove the batteries) for five minutes and see if it will reset the controller. Not sure it will help but it is worth a shot. Let us know. Good Luck!

Mister Maka, I tried that, and it still doesn't turn on. This update also completely *** the only other controller I had because now my characters move forward in game on their own or im constantly going up in menus in other places.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could drive anyone a little nuts. The thing is, if the steps

outlined here did not do the trick and your controller is not eligible for a
warranty replacement, you would more than likely have to replace it yourself.

I'm having the same problem except I never installed any PC drivers. Another issue is that the console won't turn on in response to the controller. I'll turn on the controller but the console won't come on. It'll turn on with voice command or from the console
itself.
