Controllers wont turn on after xbox update

Hi I updated my console
Hi my xbox series x console updated yesterday and now none of my controllers will turn on. They turn the xbox on and then dim off. I thought maybe the controllers need updating so I updated them on my partners older xbox. The controllers work fine on his. This still hasn't fixed the issue. The controllers are all the new ones. What is the issue please?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If this is happening with multiple controllers the issue can be the console. To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Same here... When you turn on the xbox one x (didnt check if it happens with xbox one s) from the controller, about 5 seconds after that it looses sync to it and wont re-sync until you shut down the controller and turn it on again, tried it on 3 different
consoles with 6 different controllers, all that happened after the last update

1. My controller wont turn on at all for any of the games on my pc

2.It was working perfectly but now (as i said) wont turn on after not using it for maybe 3 days.

3.The usb-c cable is connected properly

4.the controller dosent have batteries (its an xbox elite controller) and when i put the controller on the charger nothing happens.

My controller also dosent turn on at all so i cant check if it needs updated.

I would say that if you are having problems with the controller after completing all the troubleshooting steps on

Troubleshoot your Xbox One Wireless Controller, then I would probably contact
customer support
directly so that they can outline what offers they have for service of the controller.
