Controllers not staying connected to my Xbox One S

I'm having intermittent connection issues between my controllers and console. I have tried using three different controllers and all three of them have disconnected from my console at any given time. The console is up to date and there are no updates for any of my devices, I have even turned off any wireless devices and plugged in to see if they were interfering with the connectivity if the controllers, but the issue is still taking place. At this point it seems like it is the console itself, but I feel like I shouldn't be having issues with a console that is only about three and a half years old. I have attempted all of the "solutions" from Microsoft and none of them have fixed my issue.

I checked my Bluetooth driver, it is up to date. And I just discovered this problem, but I’m not sure if I’ve had this issue in the past. My controller usually stays connected to my Xbox One S

Thanks for your reply. Have you already submitted your problem through the "Report a Problem" app? If not please utilize this app to submit your issue on your console so that we can check for a bug. If you controllers are still unable to stay connected, please use a USB cable to complete the process. The process for submitting problems can be found here. Thanks for your reply. Have you also reset your console using the "Keep my games & apps" option?

I got passed from Pillar to post with microsft employees, all useless.

someone did post about reseting the xbox & it worked for me after weeks.

go to settings, console, reset, itll then ask if you want to keep your games, say yes (im guessing you want to). it'll take about 10 mins, you'll need to log into your account again, but all your games remain & for me, it fixed this problem.
