Controllers losing connection

I am a long time Xbox console lover and I play with all my friends on the console. And this year alone I’ve gone through three wireless controllers in one year all coming down with the same issue. Regardless of troubleshooting and restarting my controller
and Xbox, my controllers all lose connection to the Xbox one and cannot keep a consistent connection. Neither my controllers or console are under warranty and this is really ridiculous that Microsoft does not take the time to deal with my issue just because
I don’t have a warranty. I already shell out enough money as it is for the console and controllers when I buy them and I should not have to buy a warranty on top of it just to make sure that it can be serviced. I want my money back for my controllers or a
new controller

If the controller is having an issue staying synced, it could be the controller itself. The Kinect's IR is also able to sync the controller and if it is covered this may prevent the controller from re-syncing itself through the Kinect. If it happens when
the Kinect is covered I would make sure to leave it uncovered and see if that helps. My other suggestion would be to see if it does it with another working controller or not as well.

I need help with the controller pairing and also need to order a back to the controller where the batteries are kept.

Try to check if there's an update for the firmware of it

Hello Musician,

Sorry for the issue with the controllers. There could be many reasons as to why they are disconnecting. You can try the

controller troubleshooter, also is the console plugged directly into a wall socket? This can impact your controller as well, if it isn't please plug into the wall and try them again.
