Controllers lose connection to Xboxes

We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox controllers losing connection. This could be caused by a few different things, but here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:



1. Make sure that your Xbox One S consoles are not too close to each other. If they are, they may be interfering with each other's wireless signals. Try moving them further apart and see if that helps.

2. Update Xbox Console and the controllers.



3. Check for any other wireless devices that may be interfering with your controllers. This could include other gaming consoles, wireless routers, smartphones or even Bluetooth devices. Try turning off any other wireless devices or placing them on different place away from the area and see if that helps.



4. Try using a wired connection instead of wireless. If placing wireless devices is inevitable, you may use wired connection. You can connect your controllers to your Xbox One S consoles using a USB cable. This will eliminate any wireless interference and should help keep your controllers connected.



5. If none of the above steps work, you may need to repair/replace your controllers. If your controllers are still under warranty, you can contact live support for assistance with getting them replaced.

If the controller is having an issue staying synced, it could be the controller itself. The Kinect's IR is also able to sync the controller and if it is covered this may prevent the controller from re-syncing itself through the Kinect. If it happens when
the Kinect is covered I would make sure to leave it uncovered and see if that helps. My other suggestion would be to see if it does it with another working controller or not as well.

I need help with the controller pairing and also need to order a back to the controller where the batteries are kept.

Try to check if there's an update for the firmware of it
