Controllers keep losing connection

On my Xbox One, my controllers sync up and then almost immediately lose connection, causing endless blinking on the controller’s him e button. I originally thought it was my one controller acting up, but learned when purchasing another one, that the issue is still persisting, meaning it must be related to the console itself. Any idea what could be happening, and how to cure this issue? Thanks in advance
