    Controllers keep disconnecting and re-connecting tried everything - please help!


    my controller will randomly disconnect and re-connect, seems to happen the most in NHL but also happens in COD and world of warships......

    Here is what I've tried as trouble shooting:

    1)2 different regular controllers

    2)Series 1 elite controller

    3)Series 2 elite controller

    4)Wireless with batteries

    5)Wired

    6)Re-set xbox

    7) re paired controllers (when using wireless)

    8)Xbox one-x (first console)

    9)Xbox one-s (current console)

    10)Moved my xbox

    Tried all of these, and some at the same time.

    Hey mate, although you've been able to connect there before, it would not hurt to work through the guide for the error message you're receiving. Please try all of the steps listed

    I have recently had someone from talktalk change everything, New cables and router. So it should not be doing this.

    i have tried the steps, it doesnt change. One question is i have tried to edit the MTU and no matter what i change it to it to, it either is too high or it times out.
