    Controllers Frequently Disconnecting


    Have had this issue since launch. Anything behind 10 feet and I get constant disconnects, or the random button or stick sticking on or not working at all. None of my 360 sticks (5), PS3 or PS4, PC using 360 stick, or even the Wii has any issues going even
    up to 30+ feet. I am a Electronic Eng., and a sys admin in WiFi. Yes I have tried all the usual troubleshooting techniques that get regurgitated here and nothing works. It is a hardware design and flaw. Simple as that. They changed to WiFi, its range is
    horrible , they messed up and need a hardware revision unless by some freak chance a firmware update can help but I doubt it. Right now this issue alone renders my xbone almost useless. I could never play online as I would die every few mins due to these
    disconnects.

    This is a massive problem, I know countless people with the issue. They have had almost a year to fix it and to put it simply again, their own controllers do not work with their own systems.

    It is time for a law suit to get the action needed here. Dealing with generic support suggestions only wastes time and is extremely frustrating. Start screaming law suit folks, its how the RROD had to be fixed as well.

    I have the same problem. My controller disconnects frequently and consistently. I have tried moving everything electronic out of the way with no success. It's pretty obvious to me that this is a hardware fault. Other controllers on the same console disconnect
    also.
