    No matter what i do my controller doesnt stay connected and ive changed batteries, connected it to the console, and even charged battery packs but it still doesnt connect and i dont know how to fix this

    Please follow these instructions before answering the questions below:

    1. Is this an official Microsoft or a third party controller?
    2. Have you tried updating the controller's firmware?
    3. How many controllers are you connected via Bluetooth? (FYI: only one is recommended at a time)
    4. Are other wireless devices nearby? (especially 2.402 GHz-2.480 GHz)

    Do you have another controller to test? Or do you know anyone else with an Xbox One where you could try your controller on their console?

    if this happens even after synchronizing the control with the console, you should consider: 1 there is no interference between the console and the control, 2 that your control is updated, 3 make use of warranty
