Controllers doesn't work completly on one account and other account it is working normally

We have 3 controllers (wireless) and we use them randomly on the accounts. Only on one account all controllers are not working 100%. And we have this problem on multiple games . All other accounts are working as it should.

I think I'll give it a try with removing the account on the console it self but we're bit afraid that we also remove then all (user)data from the games with it or is that saved somewhere else?

If you remove and readd the account you wont lose any save data. You should try it and see what happens.

Usually it can helps to solve some issues.

If it doesn't, you should try to remove and re-add the profile that isn't working properly:

Are you able to sign into the account it not working on with that controller? If not, I wonder if that controller assign to a specific account. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/assign-controller-profile

Also, is the profile on the same console as the others?

I'm also curious, have you tried playing the same game on the different accounts? I'm wondering if it might be an issue with the game itself, when you are trying on the one account that is having problems. Has it happened on only one game, or on multiple
games that you've tried to play on the account having problems?
