    Controllers doesn't sync


    Hi, i have a xbox one with 3 controllers and everything used to work fine. After conecting my harmony hub to control the xbox, all the three controllers doesn't sync with the console anymore. And the only way i can use the xbox is with the harmony control,
    all the others can't even be seen in the xbox accessories even with the usb cable.

    I don't know what to do, should i reset the console to factory settings?

    2 Wired Controllers both "Sync" in the 1st Position (or as Player 1)

    Same exact problem! 2 official wired controllers both sync to same player/light and one doesn't work. Each work separately. Anyone find a fix?

    cannot fast switch to another controller

    I have two controllers and the energizer charging station as well. When I need to change controllers there is no issue for me.

    Can you try holding the sync button on the controller (front) and the sync button on the console (left side near usb port) until the Guide button flashes to ensure both controllers are synced properly?

    If that doesn't work and you haven't done so already you could also try heading over to Settings and updating your controllers as well.

    Hey there Bruzag!

    Have you tried disconnecting the Harmony Hub from your Xbox One to see if there's any change with connecting your controllers?

    Controller Problems

    Have you tried syncing the controller to the console? Hold the sync button on the front of the controller and the sync button on the console (on the left side just before the usb) until the light on the controller syncs.

    If that doesn't work then try heading over to Settings>System and update the controller to see if that helps.
