    Controllers do not work this morning.


    I woke up turned my Xbox on. System booted up and once I was at dashboard I tried to use the controller and it doesn't work. no directions on the dpad or analog move the cursor, the only button that works is the Xbox button and it just bring up the Xbox guide and I still can't move the cursor or select anything. Help!

    I tried a second controller same issue and I tried navigating the dash or guide the a phone connected to the system and I get same issue only the Xbox button works and nothing navigates.

    when i connect my headset the controller turns off.

    well i do only have 1 controller im not sure if its the controller or the headset it was working this morning though is there like a warranty for the controller?

    I have no other controllers. I disconnected it and reconnected it and no change. I tried four different USB ports. It still won't work properly. There is no dirt in it. It was working fine this morning and then suddenly started doing this.
