Controllers disconnecting

Hi all,

This is a recent issue I'm having. I have an Xbox One Halo 5 edition, I have the controller that came with it which is the original design plus the aux port and I also use the new white slim controller with Bluetooth connectivity.

Recently while playing, my controllers will randomly lose connection to the Xbox. Batteries are fully charged. I do have 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ radios on my wireless router but I've had that since I've had my Xbox and never had any connectivity issues. This occurs
while having my Xbox One stereo headset on or off and occurs on both controllers. When Gears 4 launched, my brother and I were couch co-oping and he brought his controller and it was even worse. Literally would disconnect us every ten minutes. The only way
to resolve this is to pull out the batteries and turn it back on. The controllers are on the latest firmware as well. Xbox is not apart of the preview program as of right now. It was previously but I un-enrolled it for the time being.

Controller disconnecting

Mine is a XB1, about two years of usage, I have two controllers and couple weeks ago both controllers started disconnecting without apparent reason.

I've tried updating the console and the controllers, and also did a clear cache procedure, hold the power button until it shuts down, and it still disconnecting.

Sometimes it works for a while without disconnecting, but other times it happens more frequently and I get really annoyed with that.

Is there anything else I can do?

Sorry to hear that your gaming is being interrupted by controller disconnects. Have you checked out the article outlining
Xbox One Controller disconnects? Additionally, are you able to wire your controller directly? If the controller is updated and doesn't stay connected
when you use the USB cable, your controller may need to be replaced.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

I would recommend checking out the "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" page,

support.xbox.com/.../wireless-controller-disconnects. It lists a number of issues that could be causing the disconnection and solutions.

When you connect your controller it disconnect you from the internet?

I tried 2 controllers. Both are disconnecting. And when they're both connected, I can see that they disconnect at the same time.

Well, when I don't have any controller connected the Internet is disconnected too. When I stay on the Wi-Fi / Internet page, it says "No connection" with or without a controller connected. The controller is disconnected with the Internet, even when I don't
have a Internet connection set up.

I miss play GTA V...

Updates:

Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.
