Controllers Disconnect

Hello.

Sorry for my English, but I am French and I speak poorly this language. I have a problem with my controllers disconnecting for no reason. Does it come from them or from the console? Is there a solution

It's a persistent problem with the Xbox One system, no-one knows the reason why it happens.

Make sure the firmware of the controllers is up to date, plug in via USB and go into settings\accessories to update the controller firmware.

I've noticed if that if you use the quick start/sleep function a lot instead of the slow start/cold boot you are more likely to run into disconnects after a period of time so restart the console once in a while or when you start getting disconnects.

Keep in mind the Xbox One runs PC Windows and what it's really doing is the suspend mode your PC does and the same way some USB devices can behave oddly when coming out of suspend might be related, probably a combination of software and hardware bugs they
are unable to fix without breaking other things.

I'm in the "slow" mode for xbox. Do you think a change of console from Microsoft could solve the problem?

Because that worries me from playing properly ...

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

I would recommend checking out the "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" page,

When you connect your controller it disconnect you from the internet?

I tried 2 controllers. Both are disconnecting. And when they're both connected, I can see that they disconnect at the same time.

Well, when I don't have any controller connected the Internet is disconnected too. When I stay on the Wi-Fi / Internet page, it says "No connection" with or without a controller connected. The controller is disconnected with the Internet, even when I don't
have a Internet connection set up.

I miss play GTA V...

Updates:

Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.
