Controllers disconnect during play

Hello

since I updated my controllers all 4 of them I am now having connection issues with all 4.

i have a day 1 controller and 3 others I have plug and play kits for all of them.

at random times the controllers just lose connection the batteries are fine and have tried using

normal AAs with same result.

the Xbox light on the controller starts flashing a please reconnect msg appears on screen and after 30 sec or so the controller

reconnects and I'm all good again hopefully not dead in a strike.

please help I have tried all the things that have been suggested on post.

Controller disconnects often while playing Titanfall

my xbox one controllers disconnect during titan fall gameplay and nba2k like every 5 mins. so damn annoying

my controllers disconnect everyone I play advanced warefare,anyone know how to fix this?

There is a post from Miss Diggz in there linking a survey to gather/compile feedback. http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4677/t/1825293.aspx

For now, take the batteries out, and use a usb cable if you have one OR just send the Xbox One back

I have also noticed my controller disconnects multiple times during play. For example is i play for 1.5 hours it probably disconnects 4 times. Its extremely frustrating. I have tried both the batteries and the rechargeable controller.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

? no this is during gameplay i will be using the controller and it randomly disconnects...

My Controller tends to disconnect during the heat of a competitive battle. I plug in my play and charge kit, people complain about the feedback it gives off... *sigh...
