Controllers connected but dont work

Ok so i woke up decided to play my xbox one and come to my suprize my controller but the left stick dosent work.

so i tried a second controller and again only the left stick works so it must be my xbox.

i tried Turning it on/off Dosent work.

i tried holding RT LT + Y Dosent work.

can someone help me on this. id love to play my xbox again.

Mic won’t work

my mic’s dont work on any of my controllers, all 3 of my Mic’s and all 3 of my controllers, all Microsoft Mic’s and all Microsoft controllers, it says that’s my Mic is connected, I can hear everyone talking but they can’t get hear me, help please

 

Connection problems

Go offline forget wireless network controller connected and it still freezes. 4 different controllers 3 different wires yet when connected to the internet all of the controllers work fine

A few things to try to see if it helps. First please attempt a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having trouble with that, please try a wired connection with a USB cable to see if you still run into controller
trouble. Let us know how it goes
