    I am disabled and the xbox one controller is too big for my hands. Also some of the buttons are difficult to push. For example the bumpers are nearly impossible to push. Other things are the triggers and pushing in on the thumbsticks. I was wondering if
    microsoft would make an official controller that is smaller and easier to use. I know there are many other disabled people out there that would appreciate if microsoft, would look into developing a controller like this.

    Xbox One issues after connecting headphones

    try updating your controller go to : settings/accessories/controller(make sure you have your controller connected to your xbox)/update controller

    Actually the link DOESN'T work. It brings you to a nearly blank page that says "Continue to Mobile site" or "Go to Full Site" and clicking on either option takes you to the sites homepage.

    Do you by chance have a second controller signed in, that is pushing up?

    On the main Xbox menus, multiple controllers are "fighting" over the control of the dashboard, and every controller can move the cursor.

    When you start a game, each controller is assigned to a specific player, and only that player is controlled. So if a second controller is always pushing up, it won't affect control in a game of the first controller anymore.
