    Ciao a tutti

    Da qualche giorno il controller dell'x box one non si associa più alla console.

    La console stessa poi non si connette più in automatico al wi-fi.

    Quando premo il tasto laterale della console per attivare l'associazione, il segnale luminoso rimane fisso e sembra non succedere niente: l'unica cosa è che mi appare la schermata che non sono connesso ad una rete, e di riprovare.

    Ovviamente senza controller non riesco a collegarmi ad internet...

    Ho provato a collegare il controller via cavo ma non cambia niente.

    Sapete aiutarmi in qualche modo?

    There might be an issue with your controller. Try to connect another one or a keyboard to any of the USB ports on the Xbox One, by doing this you will be able to check if the console is the problem or the controller is. Also you could connect the controller
    via USB to a Windows 10 PC and check if the controller work properly. Hope it helps to clear some doubts.

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    First, go ahead and do a
    hard reset and power cycle    . When the console is powered on, hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about
    2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
    soft factory reset    .

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have your account login information plus your WIFI password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the reset.

    -accendere la consolle

    -riavviare la consolle

    si perche' alla prima accensione non si connette mai( mi dice che il wirelles della one e' rotto) poi al riavvio della consolle accede subito al live
